Kochi: TiE Kerala, in association with Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM), will host the TYE Global Summit 2026 at the KSUM Digital Hub in Kochi on June 13 from 9 am to 5 pm.
The event is set to bring together young innovators, student entrepreneurs, educators, startup founders, investors, and ecosystem leaders from across India and around the world.
The TYE Global Summit 2026 is expected to be one of Kerala’s largest student entrepreneurship and innovation gatherings, featuring participation from student startup teams representing schools across the country.
Nearly 2,000 students from various regions of Kerala, including students from government schools, are expected to take part in the summit.
Roji M. John, Minister for Higher Education, Government of Kerala, will inaugurate the TYE Global Summit 2026. Hibi Eden, Member of Parliament, will attend the event as the Guest of Honour.
The summit will also witness the participation of several prominent leaders from the startup ecosystem, including Anoop Ambika, Chief Executive Officer of Kerala Startup Mission; Vivek Krishna Govind, President of TiE Kerala; Vinodini Sukumar, Chair of TYE Kerala and Member of the TYE Global Board; and Dr Geemon Korah, Vice President of TiE Kerala.

The TYE Global Summit 2026 has been designed to inspire and empower the next generation of innovators and entrepreneurs.
The event will provide students with direct exposure to entrepreneurship, startup culture, innovation, emerging technologies, and global opportunities.
Participants will also have the opportunity to interact with successful founders, mentors, investors, technology experts, and industry leaders.
According to Anoop Ambika, CEO of Kerala Startup Mission, the TYE Global Summit 2026 will feature student startup showcases, innovation exhibits, maker experiences, demonstrations in robotics, artificial intelligence, and gaming, mentor clinics, founder interactions, and a technology expo.
Delegates attending the summit will also have the opportunity to visit leading innovation facilities, including FabLab Kerala and Maker Village.
The day-long TYE Global Summit 2026 will include panel discussions focused on Kerala’s evolving startup ecosystem, conversations around campus innovation and global entrepreneurship, and hands-on workshops covering artificial intelligence, game design, 3D printing, intellectual property for innovators, and storytelling for founders.
Over the last four years, the TiE Young Entrepreneurs (TYE) programme has impacted more than 20,000 students across Kerala through entrepreneurship awareness initiatives, structured mentoring, innovation challenges, startup exposure, and ecosystem engagement activities.
These efforts have helped build a strong pipeline of future entrepreneurs, innovators, and changemakers across the state.
The TYE Global Summit 2026 will conclude with the TYE Global Finals, the international student entrepreneurship competition that will be hosted simultaneously in Seattle and Kochi by TiE Seattle and TiE Kerala.
The event is expected to further strengthen Kerala’s position as a growing hub for innovation, entrepreneurship, and youth-led transformation.
